OK, from Darmstadt I was at least called back and at least informed that one can go directly to the land registry with the cancellation permit without further notary fees? If that's not true, I'll subtract stars again;) I'm curious, but why does nobody in Eschborn provide information about the process and costs ...? Unfortunately, I feel like the people in Eschborn before. I dutifully paid off my loan in 10 years. And now the PSD Bank in Eschborn wants fees for the deletion approval. No answer, no callback ... will now write a letter and cancel everything;)
