Incredibly uncooperative and inflexible. Wanted to send a package under 2KG with the dimensions 33 x 31 x 9 cm. According to DHL, the package may be max. 60 x 30 x 15 cm. Because the package is 1cm wider than 30cm, I should pay another 3 euros extra. Another DHL branch in Darmstadt accepted the parcel without any problems. I have seldom experienced such a customer-unfriendly and paragraph-riding service. Instead, they try to buy scratch cards. Better look for another branch!
