Of course, the corona crisis with all its effects is scary and the medical professionals are literally on the gums. However, the emergency service is there to help and to put frightened, painful patients before an ultimatum without letting them speak out and listening properly! It is absolutely shameless to turn around and just hang up twice. You don't get the good tone that you try to do yourself. Pity! In this case, it was just a tip after a root canal.

Since I moved and needed a new dentist, I am this morning to Dr. med. Betz. I was there for the first time and in the customer parking lot I met a man and asked politely if there were private parking, because I wanted to park first in his place. The man said he was the dentist and it's his parking and if I could not read the signs. I was totally stupid turned on and decided to visit this practice because of such a niceness in the morning never again!
