Very rude Staff that acts like they are doing you a favor when giving you information. Not everyone understands everything that is being said. Your priority shouldn't be making people feel stupid for not understanding something, it should be helping them without acting like a toddler. Saying " thank you" and "please" won't really change anything.

I think, especially in these difficult times, Darmstadt has beaten potter. The online appointments work, in general the people are nice and helpful. Especially the foreign authority and driving license authority.

Avoiding Darmstadt, there are more cameras here than in Hollywood. Rip-off city!
