Where to begin? I love them for taking such good care of me!
The staff is incredible nice and well trained, and the doctors (because I have met them all) are super capable and have never failed to diagnose me or treat me.
They are one of the few praxis I know that actually pic up the phone when I call during office hours, and even if you can’t do that, there’s always the possibility to reserve a spot online and then confirm it during the opening time.
Even during the pandemic and a lot of places not taking the necessary precautions, this praxis has outdone itself by putting extra precautions when you have corona-related symptoms.
I’m happy here and I would definitely recommend them.
I've been to doctors all around the world and I can tell you that Mr. and Mrs. Helmut are both very professional. They are always interested to really keep me healthy at all times and always support with the best medication they can provide. I highly recommend them.
Already as a small child I was with old Mr. Hess and still there today patient for me one of the best doctors in every situation was always in good hands ❤
Appointments are totally pointless. I always had to wait at least 30 minutes to 1 hour. It is better to have fewer appointments than to keep patients waiting.
Otherwise, the doctors are friendly and attentive.
As a new patient, I requested an appointment at night via the online portal and got it confirmed for the next day. Very short waiting time and Dr. Hess was super friendly and actually helpful. Most positive medical experience I have had in a long time :)
