The Sparkasse branch is okay, but at the weekend and late in the evening, some pedestrians seem to mistake the anteroom with the EC machine for the trash can.

On Friday the 13th of December. In 2019 I tried to terminate my late mother's account. I drove about 450 km to Chemnitz. I was just told to make an appointment. Although I am authorized to access. Very customer oriented! If the employee had been a bit older, she would have come from the time (GDR) when the customer was still a supplicant. Merry Christmas. For me it would actually have been the least that the Sparkasse would have "bothered" to comment on this recession. But unfortunately the ladies and gentlemen don't seem to care about the satisfaction of their customers. What a shame;-(

Employees personally, on the phone and by mail not "solution-oriented". In my home branch you could help me wonderfully by phone. The prices for a checking account are ridiculous, so I do not change to the Sparkasse Chemnitz and stay with my old.
