Was advised today by the branch manager, Ms. Eger, on a form of investment for precious metals that is absolutely secure and as a monthly savings amount. I think it's great and I can only recommend it as a useful addition in interest-free times. In general, I think the Moritzhof branch is very modern and customer-oriented. Keep it up Michael Weise

The number of ATMs is very convenient, so you do not have to wait here quite as long as elsewhere. However, if you have a concern, which can only be clarified at the counter, the waiting time is sometimes very long. The staff are usually very competent and quite fast, but you notice their high customer traffic and the associated stress. If you can not cope with a somewhat harsh way and you are in a hurry, you should go to another savings bank.
