Totally unfriendly - explains flatly on the phone that it is too far for him to make an on-site appointment with a bedridden customer in Chemnitz (!!!). (She had to come to the branch personally because he could not use a power of attorney to check whether she was still mentally sufficient.) It couldn't be more arrogant! Complaint to the complaints office of Schwäbisch Hall follows.
