Without words this shop. As a "parcel shop" open an unbelievable 5 hours a day. One wonders how people who go to work every day should pick up their parcel there. Customer service is zero. Pipes!

I can only say miserable. As a parcel acceptance point the last. Not only that the opening times (Mon-Fri 10: 00-15: 00) are completely unfavorable for working people, no, there is also no meeting. By chance I drove by on Saturday, the lights were on in the shop and the TV and music were on. When calling it was said that he is not there. But you heard the same music in the background ?! When they found someone who could pick up the parcel, the reaction was rude and said the parcel is not in the system ... After repeated inquiries, it was there! I hope dpd takes my complaint seriously and makes demands on the shop acceptance points regarding opening times. This can not be true!!! I would never leave my package there voluntarily !!!!
