Still one of the best bakers in Bamberg, and the oldest too. I particularly like the branch in Gaustadt - the employees there are friendlier than in the main branch in the Lugbank. :-) Still five top stars for the first-class baked goods! Seelenspitzen, Bamberger Hörnla, wholemeal spelled bread and peasant loaf are particularly recommended.

The salt / caraway sticks and the pretzels were really dry and not very tasty. The pretzel plait topped with pumpkin seeds and baked on top was fine. In addition, an unfriendly service. 2 out of 5 for the cheapest price, but we won't be back anyway.
