Cooperation between an ice cream parlor and a cafe works well. We got our table very quickly. Hygiene is also great. Of all the staff, only the ice cream shop staff went out of their way to help. The others were more interested in talking to (known) customers. All well and good if the booth weren't full. Ice cream was good, coffee was great. Atmosphere is not that great as there is no separation from the busy road. A green wall would be nice. Overall rating: i. OK to good

After a long and desperate search we found our perfect wedding cake there. The whole team was very friendly, they fulfilled all our wishes to the last detail and stood by our advice with years of competent experience to the side! That will not be the last cake order 😊 Thumbs up 👍🏻 Keep up the good work and stay passionate!

On the phone incredibly rude and arrogant.Hier works probably only until the issue of the order and then it was. There are really better pastry shops. Things are delivered to the wedding and the collection is horrendously charged. This is zero service. Not recommendable

I usually had a good opinion of Graupner, but what I had to experience in my last pie order was not to beat cheek and arrogance! The ordered cake did not look much like the desired image and had the wrong color (yellow instead of gold). In addition, the motif on the cake was merely printed and not modeled with fondant. When picking up the cake, it was wrapped in foil instead of a box. The film was attached to the backing with Tesa, so that the film from the beginning on the subject. Only statement: you should take it off at home immediately. Unfortunately, this was impossible! The whole motive could not be replaced and the cake, which should be a surprise for my husband's birthday, was ruined! Did the same day there called and said it would have been no suitable size cardboard box and that the film would not touch the cake! In addition, I was accused, you would not know what happened on the way home! This was already a bottomless impudence! The next morning I wanted to talk with the boss about which from the beginning of the conversation until the end showed no insight! The color would be gold-yellow, the motive would not have been to the extent to be modeled in this period (cake was ordered over a week earlier) The whole conversation was negative, arrogant and completely customer rude! After a short time she swarmed me and told me to send her the pictures of the cake, she had no time now and would call me back, which she did not !! In the afternoon I tried to reach the lady several times and was reconciled with: She was not there, she was on the phone right now and in the end I was allowed to hear from her husband she would have been free someday! The last call (with the boss?) Was completely pejorative and cheeky! He thought the cake would have gone clean over the counter and what happened at home, it was our own fault, we should have delivered the cake, the money I can not get back, I was allowed to barely synonymous, tried several times to clear the man that the film was on the cake and I can not help it that this was wrong packed. Then I was told again the cake was not broken it was my fault, you wish me a nice day and hung up! Thanks for this customer friendly service !! Never again!! I give a star for previous ordered pies which were impeccable! I'm terribly disappointed how it went this time!

If you are looking for outstanding quality (style and ingredients): then you are right! The opposite of the inflated "plastic" quality of most pastry shops. You will not find anything like that anywhere.
