I have been with Sparkasse for 4 years. Today I was unfortunately there and I forgot my cards at home and my daughter prevented me from going back again, so I wanted to withdraw money using my online account and this enables me to prove that I am the same person and is not a fraud. Nevertheless, I was informed , if I know someone here (vitamin B) then I can't give me money otherwise. Unprofessional staff and old-fashioned. We are in the digital age and employees have to improve. They are also unfriendly to customers. Insolence 😡😡😡😡😡
