Had spoken to a gentleman who had terminated my mother's account because she was a very small amount in the red so that the bank did not want to issue the card and my mother was not there Mother deposit her account without this gentleman listening to my problem, he said "is it my problem that your mother's account was blocked? Didn't you have the money to pay it in as a daughter. But unfortunately I didn't allowed and they don't listen to me. Very very rude Sparkasse never again. not even earned 1 star.
