The employees themselves do their job well, but you wait a long time and today one of the "awake" employees pampered me properly and wanted to start an argument with me. This is not how you should treat citizens, as an employee you should always behave politely and professionally towards everyone. That is not possible.

Can't find any words for it, I called 2 months ago to make an appointment for a necessary ID. I got this appointment on December 30th, 2020 at 10:10 a.m. and now that I was on site I have to adjust that the offices are closed from christmas to new year.

At the moment, in view of the corona pandemic, I am surprised. Even before the pandemic, you could handle your applications and other tasks that are necessary in the citizens' office in a very satisfactory manner. At the moment, however, many services must be arranged in advance with an appointment, otherwise good organization would be unthinkable. Thank you very much, Recklinghausen. am really very satisfied❤️

Very disappointing service, the corona crisis serves as a pretext for refusal to work. Important documents only after an appointment, the next appointments in over a month. The phone is only picked up sporadically, the responsible clerk is incompetent and asks indiscreet questions. Can Recklinghäuser no longer apply for documents or extend ID cards? To what extent does the Corona crisis justify such behavior? Other authorities and schools are also working again. The phone should be able to be picked up now.
