The Albertinum building where the gallery is located is impressive. The huge hall is spectacular. The gallery has a couple of interesting paintings but the old master’s gallery is much better. There are also interesting sculptures in the other halls.
Great building with wonderful art. It is amazing how impressive it is to come back into the great room again and again and to feel this height and width.

The range of this exhibition from Romanticism, Impressionism and Expressionism plus pictures by outstanding artists is more than worth a visit. The first-class works are presented in a very appealing way and also put you in the mood for multiple visits to the gallery.
