It's Friday, 3:46 p.m. and I'm standing in front of a closed shop, no info on the door, no info on Facebook. Too bad then I have to look for another shop for directions hair colors. I would rather pay one or two euros more than to sit in front of a closed door.
Edit: I just found out through the fact that the owner is at short notice on "cure" at risk. Happened, but would be nice if at least somewhere an info was stored.
The mailorder is fast, inexpensive and communication is good.
I really haven't had to experience anything like this before .. I can hardly find words for the incompetence of this shop. Had to wait forever for my parcel with many other customers because the staff couldn't find the parcel. After one of the employees who seemed drunk and totally stank of beer yelled at us and said we should look for our packages in the chaos ourselves, it was really enough. Customer oriented ?? I was on the verge of calling the police because I don't have to abuse myself or yell at myself. If you cannot accept parcels while drunk, you should probably not cooperate with DPD. Never again!!!! I can only advise everyone to stay away from this terrible place !!!!!!
