We come here to buy shoes for our children and we are normally able to find something. Very good range of children's sports shoes and winter shoes. For men I find the range not so great and not such a large choice of shoes in the higher quality sector, especially when it comes to nicer shoes to go with a business suit or similar.

Unfriendly and listless staff. Exchange of children's shoes refused because of hardly recognizable dirt particles on the brine (short fitting). Branch management threw the school in the trash can in front of all customers. So much for sustainable action (...) I will not recommend anyone here anymore. Don't give away your money here!

The offers are ok. Unfortunately, their behavior makes shopping a humiliation. Don't ask questions at the checkout, otherwise you will be insulted in front of other customers in the queue. Never again do I go to the store and support them with my sales. The blonde choleric woman at the cash register with the glasses should be fired or assigned to the camp. Even other customers could only shake their heads in front of her.

Here you can get good bargains, the selection of children's shoes is ... Joar ... Makes a bit of the impression that the department was just set up so that one can say that they also offer children's shoes. But there is plenty of choice for adults.

Usually one is happy when customers come into the store, because then money rings in the till, provided the performance is right. It is different here. The employees seem listless, unmotivated and sometimes overwhelmed. As a customer you get the feeling of being annoying. No support when measuring children's feet. Had to search longer for the measuring device. Well, learned something again. Next time we'll buy online. It's not as annoying as in the Siemes shoe center.
