Unfriendly service (older woman, Russian accent). How can you hire such an employee? !! We won't go there anymore. File a complaint with Höfer about this woman.

The Russian saleswoman is cheeky when she talks to customers. I have just seen a young man being treated very disrespectfully by her. He just wanted to explain something to her and left the shop very confused ... with me. I haven't bought anything there. The complaint is also sent to the headquarters in August-Thyssen-Str.
