The place itself is beautiful. Directly on the Lahn, unfortunately also directly on the main street, which makes for an unpleasant background noise (depending on the parking space). The sanitary facilities are showing their age, but as far as ok, could still be a bit cleaner. In addition, the owner became very unfriendly towards the end and did not stick to his offer on arrival. A departure was agreed until 5 p.m. At 12 noon, the electricity for the mobile home was removed without notification. (Although it is billed separately via an electricity meter) and the campsite should be vacated by 2 p.m. A very unpleasant last day of an actually nice stay.

Stayed there on the weekend. Great place on the water. Just don't have too high expectations The sanitary facilities have.

We received a very friendly welcome from a permanent camper (unfortunately the owner had an accident). Only places available at the top of the street. Sanitary old but clean. NO way to wake up. If you study the prices at the entrance it is generally ok. When we came back from an excursion on the second day, we were frightened. On the kl. There were now 4 mobile homes and a trailer team! While we were sitting outside at the table, a mobile home was actually squeezed in, 10 cm from our table. That was cheeky, especially when I paid € 20 per night. We had less space than on a pitch. For me this is a rip off. The old man probably can't help it, he just wanted to do it well

The place is great on the Lahn. Sometimes you stand directly on the Lahn. The pizzeria next door is delicious. The operator, Mr. Runkel, had a place for us right on the water at short notice. The sanitary facilities are getting on in years, but everything works. There are shower brands. The place is certainly nothing for spoiled campers. On one side the train, on the other the street, the bike path directly in front of the parking space. But still 4, because it is a great starting point for excursions and we also like permanent campers. We will definitely be back 👍
