Friendly clerks, but their IT infrastructure is still ages behind 2019 AD. In case of an outage in their software, there is no contingency plan to announce those who made online appointments (although the contact details are provided in the online appointment form). People with appointments take free from work or come from far away, then they are told the story about the outage above. Making a new appointment is out of question.

In the past I always went there without an appointment and threw away a lot of life. Since I've been making appointments online, there are hardly any waiting times. Employees have always been very friendly so far.

I am very disappointed. Zero friendliness, little competence. A lady even called me a liar even though I was right. No respect and uncomfortable bullying. I'm really very dissatisfied and angry. I'm considering an official complaint.
