I was in the practice for the first time a year ago. At that time I had an infected wisdom tooth and could come right over. Mr. Sattelberg took care of me and also helped me to get over my (but very great) fear of an operation. He dealt with me and my fears and above all he took me seriously. Ultimately, I had to have my wisdom teeth pulled, but Mr. Sattelberg referred me to a surgeon who can deal with anxious patients, and this experience was as positive as it can be. A year later I chose Mr. Sattelberg as my dentist and I couldn't be more satisfied. He took the time for my detailed examination, discussed everything with me and was always available for questions. I was told exactly what to do and why to do it. I got a professional teeth cleaning, which was very pleasant, and I was told how I can improve my dental health. Eventually some smaller holes had to be filled and old fillings were replaced because they were no longer tight. I've never had such gentle treatment before. I can only recommend the practice to everyone. I feel comfortable here and in very good hands. The staff is incredibly friendly and courteous and you are in very good hands with Mr. Sattelberg. In addition, thanks to good planning, there are no waiting times and appointments are met exactly.

I last jumped over my shadow (without any specific complaints) and finally, after 7-8 years, went back to the dentist for the first time. Even as a fearful patient, I felt that I was in very good hands. Mr. Sattelberg took a lot of time at the first appointment. After a personal interview, x-rays and detailed images of the teeth were made. In addition, interdental spaces and pocket depth were checked. There was then a brief discussion of the findings and the treatment was planned. First, I should go to a teeth cleaning (the first in my life). This was also done very professionally and the person carrying it out was very friendly and careful. Here I could take the interdental sticks with me and I was given a plan of which size fits which space. Today we started a filling. This was done by Mr. Sattelberg and despite the initial fear and a little panic, everything went very well. I am happy and grateful for the technical and professional professionalism with which my problem was dealt with. Visually, the filling is even more inconspicuous than one of my old seals, just great! In terms of price, I have to say that I was well advised and that all options were named and explained to me at least once. I don't know whether it was expensive or not, but at no point did I feel ripped off in terms of price and I found the advice to be extremely high-quality and complete. I think I'll come back to this practice because everything just works. Hardly any waiting time, friendly and discreet staff, appointment reminders by SMS and air-conditioned, state-of-the-art practice rooms.
