At first glance, one suspects a friendly, patient-oriented practice (with a lot of unnecessary and improperly functioning media frills in the waiting room), but ... - The possibilities of the patient are not discussed - Complaints by the patient regarding the lack of contact between the molars and the inadequate opportunity to barely move were dismissed with the fact that the new, supposedly perfect position of the teeth "has not yet reached the soul"! - There is a rigid reference to the 22-hour wearing of the "clasp" (how nice should that work in everyday school life ?!) and complained when a tooth has shifted half a millimeter - It was urgently recommended to carry a mouthwash solution with you in the already too full satchel, to use it after lunch during the break and to spit it out in a corner of the playground because of the locked sanitary facilities! I would be curious to see how the school reacts if that would be done! - the patient is not informed about the treatment, only processed - the treatment by the medical assistants is anything but tender and sensitive - Even with a new patient at the tender age of 9, who has never been to the practice before, the boss is expected to come alone ... the parent would only increase the patient's sensitivity ... "she knew what she was talking about, after all, she would have also studied psychology " - The friendliest medical assistants were never part of the practice team for long - The most unfriendly practice member at the reception at the beginning of the treatment developed into the friendliest person in the practice All in all: our expectations were disappointed ... I can't understand the positive reviews

Every time you get to hear the same thing, you have to work harder. After each treatment, you come out with injuries. No one ever tells you when it's finally time to get the brace removed. In addition, there are sometimes extremely unfriendly staff who are not able to deal with young people (let alone children) at all and where the treatment is anything but pleasant.

My mouth was always injured, I also had to repair my braces myself several times at home and after 2 1/2 years there is no difference in my teeth. Most of the employees are incompetent, and you are not told exactly what is going to be done and when you no longer have to wear the braces. That's why I strongly advise everyone against this doctor's office!
