With his help, I have managed to strengthen my knee so much that I can use it almost normally in everyday life again. I have been training with him for 5 months and can say that he is an absolute professional. With his friendly and sympathetic way, he makes every training a joy. In addition, you get a lot of good advice for a healthy diet. I will definitely continue to work with him on my transformation.
