Cool, varied and above all effective workouts. In addition, competent trainers who really help and push you! Outdoor sports with a great group are great fun! This is how you get to know new people. Warning: it's really addicting! 😃

SIMPLY TOP! Very competent trainers, who always provide varied training units and have an eye on execution and technique. A full body workout in which everyone can individually reach their limits. Great group dynamics and always something to laugh about.

Very good training offer. For my back problems, training was one of two problem solvers. Good functional training that takes into account the whole body and not just a muscle group. Simply great and can only be recommended
