Crossfit is generally quite expensive but also very effective and - when used correctly - also healthy. I didn't like the fixed contract terms of over a year without the opportunity to pause. Those who fall ill, take longer vacations, have to work a lot, etc. pay a lot of money for free. Apart from that, I think the box in Bamberg is great. Motivated, friendly and competent trainers and a good atmosphere. I would train there again.

Yesterday was drop-in, because professionally nearby. Cool socks, committed coaches and therefore also a lot of experience. Gladly again and many greetings from Brunswick!
