I can not understand the bad reviews. Have a winter jacket submitted for cleaning and am very satisfied with the cleaning result. 13,50 EUR I do not feel expensive. The service was also fast and friendly.

Once and never again!!! Lack absolutely not recommended! I've never gotten such a badly licked laundry back. And for the price! The lack of 2 duvet covers, 2 small pillowcases, a small mattress and a tablecloth - so for 6 parts - 12,30 €!

I brought a bridal gown to the cleaners a few days ago. Apart from the fact that I had the feeling that the employee due to bad knowledge of German did not really know what I wanted from her, I was more than dissatisfied after the service! I paid 85 € and the spots in the dress did not completely disappear! Even if I think that it would have been easy to get the typical signs of usage in my opinion, I would have been able to point out at least some of the pickup. The surprise then followed when unpacking at home! I was there last time!
