Ruth's online Zoom classes are first class. I've had the pleasure of attending these classes during lockdown and I always come away with my body feeling freer and more relaxed. Ruth really knows her clients and tailors each session to suit the needs of people in the class, whether that's for sore knees, stiff necks or tense shoulders! Ruth's online Pilates classes have been fantastic during this self isolation with the covid-19. Even though we are a continent away (In the U.S.), I have been able to "attend" and enjoy her online classes. She is extremely knowledgeable and her classes have offered a consistent and challenging exercise opportunity during this time. She is thoroughly descriptive with her explanation of each exercise and is always very encouraging. Definitely 5 stars!
Ruth Friedman is an extremely knowledgeable & skilful advanced Pilates instructor. Her attention to detail and correction is formidable as well as her claim and collective manner aways listening to what my aims & goals are. I would recommend Ruth for classes to all adults and children.
Ruth's Pilates lessons have created a beauty state of my mind during my lockdown (since last March) and week after week also my body started to feel itself again in a good way! Thanks a lot Ruth! Ruth is very sensible and even though she gave online sessions she could follow me and address me towards more correct exercises!.....I live in Italy and I don't think I can follow Ruth online lessons for a long time but her passion and her desire to feel good and "flexibly" young, with mind as well as with body, is one of the things that I will take with me.
