Yesterday I had 2 personal trainer lessons with Denise. I wanted basic advice and an introduction to sling training.
It was perfect: Denise was well prepared and showed me the basics (especially what I have to pay particular attention to), the right body tension and a few exercises.
It was really fun because she is very personable and worked with me for 2 hours.
That was definitely not the last class I booked with Denise.
Basic course in a small group, the trainer pays attention to each participant, explains each exercise, specifically points out mistakes, very professional, with a lot of vigor,
