Heidi Fichtner's yoga studio is just great!
The studio is centrally located, spacious and clean. The prices are absolutely fine!
Heidi is very nice and open-minded. She is always very well prepared and every hour contains a different set of topics. That's why it's never boring! Heidi is also very experienced and can give a lot of advice. Therefore you can always develop further. The other course participants are also very nice!
Yoga at Heidi is a blessing for body and soul! Heidi's lessons are professional and authentic, in a small studio in a family atmosphere in the heart of Bamberg. Due to the long yoga practice, including in India, she has the best experience and is happy to pass on her knowledge. Individual participants are addressed individually in small groups. I have been there for 5 years and, in addition to her yoga expertise, I particularly appreciate her open, warm nature. Thank you Heidi :-)
Yoga with Heidi Fichtner is just great. Since I unfortunately moved out of Bamberg, no longer take part in yoga classes. Since then I have not found anything comparable. The lessons are taught in small groups and therefore the individual physical condition is addressed. It helped me a lot back then, I had knee and shoulder problems and Heidi showed me exercises that I could do for it or alternatives to the individual postures. With her lessons she definitely deserves a 5 star rating.
The yoga class with Heidi is great! She is simply an expert and has decades of experience. It brings a lot and is relaxed! Also find the small groups great, very individual care!
I didn't get to Heidi's class very often, but I can say that I really like the small group classes, the instructions are very precise, and if I didn't know exactly how to do this or that asana, I was supported Heidi with her hands right on my body is wonderful. Highly recommended, therefore 5 stars!
