One of the best gyms I've been to, hands down. People who complain here about this gym are not serious about fitness, or they would know what a great place this is. This gym is a bit old school yet it is on a huge open area with everything you need - yes, even squat racks, 3 of them! If you're serious about lifting and fitness, this is a great place. You can squat, deadlift, clean & jerk, bench, do cardio on one of many machines. Excellent. Big changing rooms and lockers, free parking. Yes there is no personal trainers or much staff around... But what do you want if the price is low? If you know what you're doing, come here. I hope this gym stays private so that I can keep coming back for the day pass when on holiday in Bamberg. Excellent gym and friendly staff... I always get a smile when I buy my day Pass. If you stay long term, the monthly rate is incredibly good value!

Very good specially if you want to come with kids .. there is a kid’s corner where kids can be engaged and you can exercise easily..

-> Exercise equipment in relatively good condition for a relatively decent price -> Working hours could be longer on Friday Till ten like on the other working days Therefore just 4 stars -> decent boss

The equipment is ok. The music is very quiet, this does not encourage sport. The staff are very nice to encourage, or are selfish to do so, or maybe they don't really care or are interested

The studio is directly at the train station and therefore easily accessible. Usually it is not too full either, so that you can use all devices without any problems. Unfortunately, the studio doesn't look well maintained. Some devices keep breaking or not working as they should. There is also carpet laid on the dirt that is easy to spot. The relatively short opening times should also be noted before registering.
