For many years my favorite studio in Bamberg. Monika is well educated (B.K.S. Iyengar, Vijnana Yoga) and teaches with much knowledge, dedication and joy. The yoga classes are very versatile. In addition, yoga is taught and lived here in all areas of life, to remind us again and again what yoga is all about. Classes take place in small groups, the atmosphere is very warm and there is always time to respond to the needs of the individual. Who wants to take high-quality yoga classes is just right. I feel really comfortable here and I am very grateful to have found such a wonderful teacher.
