Friendly staff - go out of their way to present the shop to a high standard. Corona regulations are properly implemented. Quick result at a fair price!

The staff is great, I want to make that clear at the beginning, that's not why. The work is also carried out to the fullest satisfaction. However, the waiting times are unfortunately far too long, about 1.5 hours or even longer. Appointments are no longer accepted and therefore you actually need a day off for a hairdressing appointment. The management should maybe think about how long something like this will go well. For my part, I will no longer visit this store and I will not visit another one in this chain.

Insanely long waiting times. Unfortunately, the price-performance ratio doesn't fit either. Anyone who can't even get a decent men's haircut should worry. Too bad.

Hair cut okay, but no drink offered at 38 °, no advice and services. I was not even asked to wash your hair. This was my worst visit for years at Klier.

I would always be politely served, but my son at 11 was simply not served and others were preferred even though I had talked to the hairdresser. That does not work and the excuse from her was really wrong.
