I am more than satisfied with the service and advice. All employees are very friendly and helpful. As a customer, I feel really in good hands here. Very nice staff and very helpful. Required special baby food that you got for me within 24 hours. I was rejected by other pharmacies because they couldn't order them because they wouldn't get it paid for at a profit by the health insurance companies. In this pharmacy it is not about the profit, but that the child got his food. Small additional payment was still necessary so that the pharmacy does not go into negative territory but at least comes out of zero. I found it totally fine. Gladly again

I am amazed by the many positive reviews. Unfortunately I didn't have a good experience. Maybe I just met the wrong contact at the wrong time. If only one of 4 common prescriptions is in stock, that is already remarkable. It is annoying, however, when you as a customer are asked to contact the doctor with the aim of changing the prescription. The production of the explicitly prescribed combination, which other pharmacies can prepare without any problems (2 components), was apparently not in the mood. Instead, it is better to initiate a "doctor / patient" conflict discussion.
