Here is a detailed rating: Very friendly and overly helpful staff. I called by phone with an unusual problem. I wanted to order a drug that there were no more delivery problems in Germany. The lady on the phone picked up my phone number and asked for a little organizational time. 20 minutes later, I received the call that she could organize after several phone calls to order the drug from France for me. Conclusion: great service, which is by no means self-evident. Thanks a lot!
