The older permanent staff is always very nice and courteous 😊. Most of the younger ones are very nice too. However, one of them (which luckily I haven't met for a long time) has a very snappy and know-it-all way about it, which makes you feel annoying and dealt with. 🤨🤔😕 She may not mean it at all, but such behavior is definitely not indicated in customer contact. Substitute staff from other branches often takes some getting used to and, unfortunately, often not quite as courteous.

Unfortunately, absolutely inappropriate comment on a really sensitive topic .... Better to show a little empathy, otherwise you are wrong in this profession. There are better pharmacies and nicer staff in the area ... not recommended: ((

Very rude and dismissive, no correct information and not even tried

Hi, I was there recently. I wanted a men's face cream. The young lady offered me one for € 24 ~ ... I politely asked if there was another one that was cheaper. You, brutally back: "They all do something!" :-( What should that be for an answer, cheeky and disrespectful? She gave me a cheaper one, gritting her teeth. At home I read that you should also smear it into your cleavage ... ?? Wrong product? And then complain that customers prefer to buy online and that local jobs are lost? Generally speaking, customers are not a disruptive factor at work, they are the ones who pay the rent, etc. If you don't want to have that, you shouldn't be dealing with customers. No recommendation from me, at the point.
