Shortcomings in chimney sweeps should be remedied as quickly as possible and the appointment arrangement was bumpy. According to the company's apparent view, students are at the house 24/7 and so you can stop by "if you have time". It was already common for me to be rang out without making an appointment. After a few phone calls, an appointment was finally made in the morning at 2:00 p.m. and when asked, the employee finally came whistling up the stairs. After 20 minutes at the thermal bath, the comment came that a more powerful compressor would be needed. You have to go back to the company and "be back in 10 minutes". After over an hour, the gentleman reappeared, finished working on the thermal baths, and wrote down two hours of work, of which I actually saw him for a maximum of 45 minutes. Arrival and departure were of course charged extra. The promise that the chimney sweep would be notified that the maintenance had been carried out and that a check could be carried out was not honored. Definitely not a way of dealing with customers for me. In terms of communication and punctuality there is definitely room for improvement! Edit: Thank you for answering the review. I understand that in such a situation, unpleasant situations can sometimes occur. Nevertheless, I think that you have to communicate something like that, because you can only understand what you know.
