Everyone has a bad day, but the employees at Wilhelmi always have a bad day. Rude and snotty. You stand in line at the door and wait. A customer in the sales room. One saleswoman serves at a snappy pace, the other clears something back and forth. Sign was not in front of the door how many people are allowed in the sales room. So I waited until one customer left the room. I entered and kindly asked what number of people were allowed to enter. Then the annoyed salesperson, 4 people, told me that she couldn't always shout out that customers should come in. Wouldn't be necessary if there was a sign, it was just my experience today as an example. The past few weeks have been no different. Bad faces when you enter, help customer comes. Don't know what criterion the employees are selected for. I can only advise to rethink the concept. At Görtz or Biewer it is also about hiring friendly employees.
