Nicest branch of the bakery. Great staff and super kid friendly.

The staff is nice and very hard-working, they deserve 5 stars, the concept of görtz, who wants to control everything alone, only 1 star - this results in an average of 3. What are the alternatives? There are hardly any, that makes the whole thing so reprehensible. Branch stores, franchise system - we, the consumers, screwed it up slowly but surely.

This branch in terms of customer service is still best, but about 1-2 hours before the end is occasionally no one at the counter. You can either wait for minutes or call back. In the latter case, someone usually comes immediately.

It seems that customer satisfaction here is heavily influenced by customer frequency. This is in the sense that management is clearly unable to provide for product buffers in the event of unforeseen and even known customer traffic. This regularly leads to the fact that often certain baked goods are already in the morning no longer available. The diversification of the offer is ok.

Görtz stop - you buy it in the morning and eat it right away, it's ok - otherwise mass production - has nothing to do with the bakery trade in my opinion - but unfortunately there are hardly any small craft businesses anymore - thanks to Görtz and those who want everything cheaper ... .. think about it guys
