As a fear patient, you are in good hands here. I now go to my appointments relaxed. In the past I would have canceled my appointment .... Today I no longer have the thought of it. Great practice, very good treatment and great, courteous team.

The main thing: collect money? I just feel lied to. I received an unexpectedly inflated bill (€ 124) for professional teeth cleaning in this practice. The invoice contains 2 items: 1 item: 88 € for tooth cleaning and the 2nd item - 35.99 € allegedly for "at least 25 minutes" instruction on preventing tooth decay, ... "In reality This instruction lasted 5 minutes. To my negative reaction, the lady at the reception replied that "the first time in the practice it is always more expensive". What is that? Nowhere have I paid so much for such services, always approx. 80 € in total. In addition, the lady told me on the phone that the price is also "similar". But 124 € and 80 € are not at all similar. Or it is because I ticked the questionnaire that I am interested Also have the services that are not covered by health insurance or that do not speak German correctly? Dear practice team, The fact that people do not speak German correctly or are interested in individual health services does not mean that they can be lied to!

Great practice, with very good and nice doctors. In addition, the very friendly and competent staff makes visiting the dentist almost fun.

This dentist and the whole team can only be rated positively. I start with waiting time / appointment / friendliness - We never had to wait long for the appointments, mostly that was so. When I came in, I was called 2 - 5 minutes later. The practice staff are very friendly and helpful with questions.´ You even get a call 1 day before with a reminder that you have an appointment! Now briefly on the subject of Dr. Jan Franek .... I can only say a great dentist! You can tell right away that he likes his job and not like other dentists see the profit in the patient, in my opinion, I myself am quite afraid patient and had a broken tooth (maybe 1/3 left) And even Mr. Franek conjured it up Here is a brand new tooth ... If I consider that my teeth have been pulled elsewhere because of minor damage to the tooth .. The next example is my father, for over 2 years he had been fighting for his dentures at 4 different dentists, for over 1 year he had no upper jaw, the 4th dentist said that he could not do anything more than use the most expensive method (dental implants complete upper jaw ) + Lower jaw, since my father is not suitable for dentures. (* ??) I got the idea from Dr. To introduce Jan Franek and lo and behold .. After a total of 3 appointments, my father has an upper and lower jaw, and on the same day that he got the dentures, he was able to eat almost normal again! I would like to describe the whole thing a bit more and better, but the advice would take up several pages. We can only recommend this dentist with good certain recommendations and were very satisfied with all of our treatments.
