Highly recommended. The staff is very helpful. A bit pricey. The location is very central. So, you can have a walk around !

This laundromat is self-service, but there is a manager on site. If you don't know Duetsch (German) the coin machine will confuse you. Still it is straight forward. Unlike the US once you put your money into the wall coin machine, select a Alphabetic button on the left that's lite green. Go to the washer put in clothes (note: claim washer first before putting coins in wall) and press the start button. If you don't have soap go back to the wall detergent dispenser next to the coin machine and pay 30-50 euros per 1/4 a cup. The same goes for the dryer. Chose a Number, left side, lite green. Go to machine, chose temperature and press start. There are plenty of shops around to explore but don't hold up the machines because the manager will get crossed with you. Otherwise, a clean well run place.
