From my experience I have had mediocre experiences at this savings bank. I wanted to get money directly at the counter because this employee actually asked me if I couldn't get the money from the machine. And this in a tone totally annoyed is probably because she has her job safe and is older and thinks she can deal with customers that way. And every time I get this employee at the counter she is rude and I was advised to change her bank. The other employees are totally friendly and really provide good service
