Super nice little fitness studio. I myself come from Bottrop and can only make comparisons with the big chains there and my conclusion in this regard is: Really good, all the important devices are there, clean and working, changing rooms, sanitary everything is well-kept and clean, good corona protection, care is also taken. The boss is on site and really okay. Here you can feel good, really great studio

Very competent and experienced trainer, not only with regard to the exercises but also the advice on nutrition and staying healthy. There is a very good atmosphere in the gym, nice people and sufficient equipment. It's fun to train there!
