The Sparkasse promotes customer proximity, but I had to ask for advice in a long line. Points or desks are not occupied half of the time. Deposit of coins costs 3 € (although we all already pay for an account ...)! It's hardly worth it for pure copper money, but just that one can "not just so mitausgeben". Nicely decorated it is probably, but in the lack of closeness I can also use a pure online bank. I'm really disappointed with the Sparkasse.

Would Zero stars, if that were possible. The worst bank with the longest incompetent employees. Nowhere else can you find the opening hours of the counter at roehlingsplatz 1. Over all, it is only open 24 hours. Just so infinitely brainless and incompetent no opening hours on the website to specify .... Thank you for nothing!

I came to the branch on short notice and without an appointment in a more extensive matter. Was served immediately very friendly and competent without waiting. Everything was processed to my complete satisfaction. Thank you very much Ms. Westphal!
