Customer service is really a cheek. I had made an inquiry to my account manager, but had received no feedback ... (for 4 weeks!) Had asked for call back twice, nothing had happened, emailed me, no answer, had been at the branch today, no, he has no time for me, he could only call back. Customer service at the counter is a bad joke. 2 employees who just point out that you should contact your customer advisor.
