The best baker in Naumburg? For me, yes, and if there is little choice after 3 p.m., it can only be good.
Very nice service and high quality and baking standards. Delicious cakes and rolls. All in all, try, taste and enjoy yourself.

Second purchase worked. We had pre-ordered the day before. But it would not have been necessary - there were enough bright rolls this morning.
The rolls make a good impression. They are heavy in the hand. However, it disappointed something in terms of size and airiness.
The rolls are certainly special, but they have little in common with goods from our childhood.
Morning and afternoon staff differ significantly.
Friendly and courteous in the afternoon.
The first attempt at shopping was not successful. Simple bright rolls were out and I should come back in 20 minutes. Hmmm I needed some for the family breakfast.
So other bakers visited.
But tomorrow I'll try again, because who wants to miss "everything made by hand" today.
The small bakery understands their craft and the saying: Here you still bake with heart and hand meets 100%. No finished goods. On weekends you should order in advance for larger quantities by phone. This works then usually without problems. Another laugh for the customers and a faster checkout, then there is also the 5th star
