One star is actually too many. There were three of us there yesterday and bought drinks for the train ride. The blonde, slim lady behind the cash register has probably just hit puberty. She was generally unfriendly, said neither hello nor goodbye and completely freaked out because I could only pay my 4 euro bill with a 20 euro note. Roll the full program eyes, annoyed groans, open and pop the cash register and then say no more goodbye. One only wonders what psychological ailment she has. A previous time, I watched her storm out of the shop and yell wildly at travelers for not keeping enough distance in her opinion. With an employee like that, you just make yourself look ridiculous. She should be instructed.
Always very nice and helpful staff and extensive offer. Loading always very neat.
