The staff is very friendly and the salon is very nice. However, I would probably not go back to dye it. Unfortunately, the result has no resemblance to my template, which would not be bad if it had been communicated beforehand and at least looked natural to some extent. As a template I had shown a picture with copper-red hair and strands in a slightly lighter shade than the basic shade. Yes, I could have mentioned my dissatisfaction again in the shop and hoped that it might still be salvaged, but at the moment I was so disappointed and blocked that I would now rather go to a real hairdresser. But the staff is really nice.

I think the hairdressers and masters are great. If it fits without an appointment, prices are common. Calling helps to find an appointment.
