We called on Sunday morning because the heating in the whole rental building had failed (outside temperature -2 degrees) and were pushed away several times. According to the tape announcement, in the case of EMERGENCIES, please leave the number and name and the reason for the call after the beep, I did this in the hope that someone would answer ... What can I say, the next morning I called and an unfriendly employee greeted me. When asked why nobody called back, I get the answer “huh? It was Sunday "when the next question why you have an emergency service according to the tape announcement, I got the answer" huh ??? Which emergency service? " Short and sweet , NEVER AGAIN THIS CLUB, I ADVISE EVERYONE ELSE FROM THIS PUPPIES ...! By the way, they haven't been there yet and nobody answers the phone anymore !!

Heating maintenance not carried out for 2 years despite maintenance contract for no reason. After another call came only one should look for another company.
