It's a shame that the deposit machine is often broken. It's frustrating.

Normally, this branch can only leave the ATMs and then close completely. The employees there are for nothing to use, all just a waste of money. The other is, I should pay € 9 for a copy of my sales for my online banking account, at home I did not have any ink left in the pusher, and I'm heading to the bank thinking that could help. When I was told that I had to pay € 9 for that, I was on the point of getting up, I thought I was crazy. Any matter is ignored where possible and moved to Bottrop. As the Volksbank is very up front and very competent.

Unfriendly, because very superficial treatment of my problem. Sparkasse employees did not think it necessary to stand up and talk to me personally. Reduces the charm that this branch has here in the village.
