Has been a customer in the branch for years but since there has been new staff working there who want to become something and have no solution ready for the customer, the easiest way is chosen.

For many years, she was a customer of the savings bank in Zweckel, but had to discover in recent months that the personal advice has diminished. Conditions are not always optimal. At my appointment in which I informed myself of any dismissal and to explain my dissatisfaction in order to possibly find solutions, I was accused as a customer of the employee that my information was not correct and in the same course pulled over former employees (including my former bank accountant), which I found to be extremely unprofessional and arrogant. After showing interest in the banking app, perhaps to keep my account, the employee noted that he did not know if the effort was worthwhile for him, as I would quit anyway. Not a request why I want to quit and no attempt to keep customers. It seems that Sparkasse Zweckel did not need this. Pity! For years I was a customer of the Sparkasse
